• Item condition: new, unused, unworn, tags attached and in the original packaging. Trying a dress on at home is fine.
• Refund: issued to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return. No restocking fee.
• Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns it is covered by you. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item, we cover it and send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
